  • Spice up you regular snack with these easy pizza jaffles - great for an afternoon snack for kids!

    8 Ingredients

    • 20g butter, softened
    • 4 slices white bread
    • 2 tbsp tomato paste
    • 4 slices salami, torn
    • 1/4 cup roasted red pepper strips
    • 8 small pitted kalamata olives
    • 1/3 cup grated mozzarella
    • Dried oregano, to sprinkle

    3 Method Steps

    • Preheat jaffle maker.
    • Meanwhile, spread butter over 1 side of each slice of bread. Turn bread over. Spread bread with tomato paste.
    • Place 1 slice of bread, buttered-side down, in each hole of jaffle maker. Top with salamired pepperolives and cheese. Sandwich with remaining bread slices, buttered-side up. Sprinkle with oregano. Close lid. Cook for 4 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted. Serve.
