8 Ingredients
20g butter, softened
4 slices white bread
2 tbsp tomato paste
4 slices salami, torn
1/4 cup roasted red pepper strips
8 small pitted kalamata olives
1/3 cup grated mozzarella
Dried oregano, to sprinkle
3 Method Steps
Place 1 slice of bread, buttered-side down, in each hole of jaffle maker. Top with salami, red pepper, olives and cheese. Sandwich with remaining bread slices, buttered-side up. Sprinkle with oregano. Close lid. Cook for 4 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted. Serve.
