    • 2 pizza bases
    • 1 cup basil leaves
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
    • 1 tsp lemon zest
    • 6 bocconcini, thinly sliced
    • 200g Perino tomatoes, halved
    • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
    • 150g pkt Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon
    • Basil leaves, extra, to serve
    • Lemon zest, extra, to serve

    3 Method Steps

    • Preheat oven to 240°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place pizza bases on the lined trays.
    • Place the basiloillemon juicegarlic and lemon zest in a food processor and process until the mixture is smooth. Season.
    • Spread basil mixture evenly over pizza bases on the trays. Top with bocconcinitomato and onion. Lightly spray with olive oil spray. Bake for 6-8 mins or until the bases are crisp. Arrange salmon on pizzas. Sprinkle with extra basil and extra lemon zest. Season.
