- 2 pizza bases 
- 1 cup basil leaves 
- 2 tbsp olive oil 
- 1 tbsp lemon juice 
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed 
- 1 tsp lemon zest 
- 6 bocconcini, thinly sliced 
- 200g Perino tomatoes, halved 
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced 
- 150g pkt Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon 
- Basil leaves, extra, to serve 
- Lemon zest, extra, to serve 
  
  
   
3 Method Steps
- Preheat oven to 240°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place pizza bases on the lined trays. 
- Place the basil, oil, lemon juice, garlic and lemon zest in a food processor and process until the mixture is smooth. Season. 
- Spread basil mixture evenly over pizza bases on the trays. Top with bocconcini, tomato and onion. Lightly spray with olive oil spray. Bake for 6-8 mins or until the bases are crisp. Arrange salmon on pizzas. Sprinkle with extra basil and extra lemon zest. Season.
