  • When literally translated, ‘saltimbocca’ means ‘jump in the mouth’ – and that’s exactly what the delicious prosciutto and chicken combination do in this dish! Plus, you make it all in the air fryer... what could be simpler?

    7 Ingredients

    • 2 small chicken breast fillets
    • 4 fresh sage leaves
    • 4 slices prosciutto
    • 1 bunch thick asparagus spears
    • Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
    • Lemon wedges, to serve
    • Bought hollandaise sauce, to serve


    3 Method Steps

    • Top each chicken piece with 2 sage leaves, then wrap with the prosciutto slices to secure the leaves. Place parcels, seam-side down in the air fryer. Spray with oil. Cook at 180°C for 8 minutes.
    • Add the asparagus to the air fryer and spray with oil. Cook for 4 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
    • Place chicken and asparagus on serving plates. Drizzle with oil and serve with lemon wedges and sauce.
