You'll have this sausage and veggie tray bake on the table in 30 minutes flat!

4 Ingredients
400g Coles Baby Potatoes with Herb Butter
2 x 400g Coles Classic Beef Sausages
250g Coles Australian Sweet Baby Capsicums, halved
Baby rocket leaves, to serve
2 Method Steps
Preheat oven to 200°C. Microwave potatoes for 3 mins less than packet directions. Arrange in a roasting pan with sausages and capsicum. Season.
Bake, turning once, for 20 mins or until sausages are cooked through and potatoes are golden. Serve with rocket.
