- Preheat oven to 180°C. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps, for 5 mins or until the mince changes colour. Add the passata and stir to combine. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 mins or until the mince mixture thickens slightly.
- Spread one-third of the mince mixture over the base of a 6-cup (1.5L) ovenproof dish. Top with 2 lasagne sheets, trimming to fit if necessary. Spread with one-third of the bechamel sauce and sprinkle with one-third of the cheese. Continue layering with the remaining mince mixture, lasagne sheets, bechamel sauce and cheese.
- Bake for 35 mins or until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside for 5 mins to cool slightly.
