For the dough, place the flour, baking powder and sea salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre. Add the yoghurt and oil. Mix to form a soft dough. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for 1 minute or until smooth. Divide dough into 2 even portions. Use a rolling pin to roll each portion into a 25cm round.
- Preheat the oven to 220C/200C fan-forced. Place 2 baking trays in the oven for 5 minutes to heat.
- Place the pizza bases on baking paper. Spread each base with the pasta sauce and sprinkle with half of the pizza cheese. Top with pepperoni, tomato and remaining cheese.
- Use the baking paper to transfer pizzas to the baking trays. Bake for 20 minutes or until the bases are golden and cheese is melted. Serve scattered with basil leaves.
