  • These crispy fish pockets are easy to make and big on taste, ensuring lunch or dinner time is full of flavour.

    5 Ingredients

    • 425g pkt Coles Frozen Original Crumbed White Fish
    • 2/3 cup (200g) tartare sauce
    • 350g pkt Coles Australian Superfood Vegetable Mix
    • 4 Coles Plain Flat Buns
    • 250g cherry tomatoes, thickly sliced

    3 Method Steps

    • Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place fish on the lined tray and bake, turning occasionally, for 15 mins or until golden brown and heated through. Cut in half.
    • Meanwhile, place half the tartare sauce and the vegetable mix in a large bowl and toss to combine.
    • Top the bun bases with vegetable mixture, tomato and fish. Drizzle with remaining tartare sauce. Season.
