These crispy fish pockets are easy to make and big on taste, ensuring lunch or dinner time is full of flavour.

425g pkt Coles Frozen Original Crumbed White Fish
2/3 cup (200g) tartare sauce
350g pkt Coles Australian Superfood Vegetable Mix
4 Coles Plain Flat Buns
250g cherry tomatoes, thickly sliced
3 Method Steps
Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place fish on the lined tray and bake, turning occasionally, for 15 mins or until golden brown and heated through. Cut in half.
Meanwhile, place half the tartare sauce and the vegetable mix in a large bowl and toss to combine.
Top the bun bases with vegetable mixture, tomato and fish. Drizzle with remaining tartare sauce. Season.
