Easy ham and cheese savoury muffins
These super easy savoury muffins are perfect for lunch boxes, full of cheesy flavour that kids love. They're freezer-friendly to, so you can always have some ready to go.

- Pre-heat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Line a muffin tray with paper cases.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, paprika and salt in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, eggs and vinegar. Add to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the salami, spring onion and most of the cheese, leaving a large handful to sprinkle over the muffins later.
- Spoon batter between prepared cases and top with remaining cheese and some additional salami. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until they are golden and well risen. They can be served warm or cold.
- Accompany with a side salad for a substantial lunch, or pack into lunchboxes as is.
