- Preheat the oven to 250C/230C fan forced
- For the dough: Combine water, yeast, sugar and salt in a jug. Whisk with a fork, cover with cling wrap. Set aside in a warm place for 5 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface.
- Sift flour into a bowl. Add yeast mixture and oil. Mix to form a dough. Turn onto a lightly floured surface, knead for 10 minutes or until elastic. Place in a lightly greased bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Stand in a warm place for 30-40 minutes or until dough doubles in size.
- Use your fist to punch dough down. Knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth and roll into round 30cm round and place on lined baking tray.
- Heat the oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped sausage. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until golden. Set aside.
- Spread the tomato paste over the pizza base. Sprinkle over 3/4 of the Perfect Italiano™ Pizza Plus cheese to evenly cover. Top with the sausage, pepperoni, capsicum and mushroom. Sprinkle over the remaining Pizza Plus cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the base crispy. Scatter over the parsley to serve.
