Garlic mushroom mince and prawn pizza

Everyone's favorite prawn pizza gets an easy flavor bomb addition of garlic-infused mushroom mince.

2 large wholemeal pizza bases
2 tbsp olive oil
500g pkt Coles Australian Mushroom Mince
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
500g raw prawns, peeled leaving tails intact, deveined
100g Perino tomatoes, sliced
100g fetta, crumbled
1 cup (100g) shredded pizza cheese
Basil leaves, to serve
Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
Mixed salad leaves, to serve
4 Method Steps
Preheat oven to 200˚C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place pizza bases on the prepared trays.
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the mushroom mince and garlic, stirring, for 8 mins or until pan juices have evaporated. Set aside to cool.
Spread the mushroom mince mixture evenly over the pizza bases. Top with the onion, prawns, tomato, fetta and pizza cheese. Bake the pizzas for 20 mins or until the prawns curl and change colour and the pizza bases are crisp and golden.
Cut pizzas into slices. Top with basil and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Serve with salad leaves.
