Spinach and cheese BBQ chicken pizza

Try this speedy family-friendly pizza recipe - the kids will love the toppings and it can be on the table in just 15 minutes.

8 Ingredients
2 medium pizza bases
2 x 180g tubs Black Swan Warming Spinach & Cheese dip
60g pkt baby spinach leaves
1/2 hot roast chicken, skin and bones removed, meat shredded
3/4 cup (80g) shredded pizza cheese
250g vine-ripened cherry tomatoes
1 tbs olive oil
Basil leaves, to serve
4 Method Steps
Preheat oven to 220°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Arrange the pizza bases on lined trays.
Spread half the dip over the pizza bases. Top with spinach and chicken. Spoon over half the remaining dip. Sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake for 5 mins. Top pizzas with tomatoes and drizzle with oil. Swap the trays, then bake for a further 5 mins or until the bases are golden and tomatoes just start to collapse.
Top pizzas with remaining dip and sprinkle with basil leaves.
