  • Try this speedy family-friendly pizza recipe - the kids will love the toppings and it can be on the table in just 15 minutes.

    8 Ingredients

    • 2 medium pizza bases
    • 2 x 180g tubs Black Swan Warming Spinach & Cheese dip
    • 60g pkt baby spinach leaves
    • 1/2 hot roast chicken, skin and bones removed, meat shredded
    • 3/4 cup (80g) shredded pizza cheese
    • 250g vine-ripened cherry tomatoes
    • 1 tbs olive oil
    • Basil leaves, to serve

    4 Method Steps

    • Preheat oven to 220°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Arrange the pizza bases on lined trays.
    • Spread half the dip over the pizza bases. Top with spinach and chicken. Spoon over half the remaining dip. Sprinkle with the cheese.
    • Bake for 5 mins. Top pizzas with tomatoes and drizzle with oil. Swap the trays, then bake for a further 5 mins or until the bases are golden and tomatoes just start to collapse.
    • Top pizzas with remaining dip and sprinkle with basil leaves.
