  • You only need five ingredients and 30 mins to whip up this Italian-inspired one-pot wonder. The quick and zesty prawns pack a punch and silky morsels of risoni soak up the rich flavors of the roasted garlic pasta sauce.

    6 Ingredients

    • 420g bottle Saclà Whole Cherry Tomato Pasta Sauce Roasted Garlic
    • 1 lemon, rind finely grated
    • 1 long fresh red chilli (optional), deseeded, thinly sliced, plus extra, thinly sliced, to serve
    • 350g dried risoni pasta
    • 500g peeled green prawns, tails intact
    • 1⁄4 cup shredded fresh basil leaves, plus extra leaves, to serve

    3 Method Steps

    Place the pasta saucelemon rindchilli, if using, and 1L (4 cups) water in a large saucepan. Cover and bring to the boil over medium-high heat. Add the pasta, stirring constantly, until water comes back to the boil.
    • Reduce heat to medium. Cook, stirring every 3 minutes, for 13 minutes or until the pasta is almost al dente. Add the prawns and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes or until the pasta is al dente and the prawns curl and change colour. Remove from heat and set aside for 2 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly.
    • Stir through the basil. Season and serve with extra basil and chilli, if using.
