Place the pasta sauce, lemon rind, chilli, if using, and 1L (4 cups) water in a large saucepan. Cover and bring to the boil over medium-high heat. Add the pasta, stirring constantly, until water comes back to the boil.
- Reduce heat to medium. Cook, stirring every 3 minutes, for 13 minutes or until the pasta is almost al dente. Add the prawns and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes or until the pasta is al dente and the prawns curl and change colour. Remove from heat and set aside for 2 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly.
- Stir through the basil. Season and serve with extra basil and chilli, if using.
