    9 Ingredients

    • 5 Weet-Bix, crushed
    • 150g (1 cup) self-raising flour
    • 45g (1/2 cup) desiccated coconut
    • 100g (1/2 cup, firmly packed) brown sugar
    • 125g butter, melted
    • 100g (1/3 cup) Nutella
    • 1 egg, lightly whisked
    • 100g white chocolate melts, melted
    • 30g brown M&M's Minis

    4 Method Steps

    • Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan forced. Lightly grease a 16 x 26cm (base measurement) slice pan with oil. Line the base and sides with baking paper, allowing the sides to overhang.
    • Combine the Weet-Bix, flour, coconut and sugar in a large bowl. Place the butter and Nutella in a second bowl and stir to combine. Stir the butter mixture and egg into the Weet-Bix mixture until well combined. Press mixture into the prepared pan.
    • Bake for 15 minutes or until slice is just firm and golden brown. Set aside to cool completely in the pan.
    • Remove from pan. Drizzle with the melted chocolate and sprinkle with M&M’s. Use a large serrated knife to trim the edges. Cut into 18 pieces.
