5 Weet-Bix, crushed
150g (1 cup) self-raising flour
45g (1/2 cup) desiccated coconut
100g (1/2 cup, firmly packed) brown sugar
125g butter, melted
100g (1/3 cup) Nutella
1 egg, lightly whisked
100g white chocolate melts, melted
30g brown M&M's Minis
4 Method Steps
Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan forced. Lightly grease a 16 x 26cm (base measurement) slice pan with oil. Line the base and sides with baking paper, allowing the sides to overhang.
Combine the Weet-Bix, flour, coconut and sugar in a large bowl. Place the butter and Nutella in a second bowl and stir to combine. Stir the butter mixture and egg into the Weet-Bix mixture until well combined. Press mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake for 15 minutes or until slice is just firm and golden brown. Set aside to cool completely in the pan.
Remove from pan. Drizzle with the melted chocolate and sprinkle with M&M’s. Use a large serrated knife to trim the edges. Cut into 18 pieces.
