  • Whip up these tasty spinach dip pastry bites in minutes. You can swap the spinach for chopped ham or bacon, or drained canned tuna.

    Allergens: Recipe may contain gluten, wheat, milk and lactose.

    6 Ingredients

    • 250g cream cheese, chopped, at room temperature
    • 150g thawed frozen spinach, excess moisture removed
    • 1 garlic clove, crushed,
    • 20g (1/4 cup) shredded parmesan, plus extra to sprinkle
    • 65g (1/4 cup) sour cream
    • 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed

    2 Method Steps

    Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan forced. Spray a 24-hole mini muffin pan with oil. Place the cream cheesespinachgarlicparmesan and sour cream in a bowl. Stir well to combine. Season.
    • Cut each sheet of pastry into 12 squares. Press one pastry square into each mini muffin hole. Divide the spinach mixture among the pastry cases. Sprinkle with extra parmesan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until pastry is golden and crisp.
