  • A focaccia and a simple garlic butter is all you need to transform a plain old loaf of bread into a mouthwatering pizza! This easy and cheesy garlic bread pepperoni pizza is made even tastier as it’s incredibly budget friendly. What's more, you can add the toppings of your choice! My personal favorites are cherry tomatoes, pepperoni slices and lots of delicious, melty cheese!

    8 Ingredients

    • 1 ciabatta loaf
    • 80g butter, at room temperature
    • 3 large garlic cloves, crushed
    • 175g pre-grated pizza cheese blend
    • 50g pepperoni slices
    • 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 20g rocket leaves
    • Olive oil, to drizzle

    3 Method Steps

    • Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced. Use a large serrated knife to cut ciabatta in half horizontally. Mix the butter and garlic in a small bowl until combined. Spread over cut sides of ciabatta.
    • Sprinkle 125g cheese evenly over the ciabatta. Top with pepperoni and tomato then sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
    • Place the pizzas on a baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cheese has melted. Set aside to cool slightly then top with rocket and drizzle over oil to serve.
