  • Prepare these beautiful muffins for the family. Topped with berries and sweet cream cheese icing, they make the perfect breakfast, brunch or morning tea treat.

    Allergens: Recipe may contain milk, soy, sesame and lactose.




    8 Ingredients

    • 200g fresh or thawed frozen mixed berries
    • 2 tbsp maple syrup
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
    • 80g light cream cheese
    • 2 tsp icing sugar mixture
    • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 2 spicy fruit English muffins, split
    • Lime zest, to serve

    2 Method Steps

    • Toss the berries in a small bowl with the maple syrup and vanilla. Set aside for 5 mins to develop the flavours.
    • Combine the cream cheeseicing sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Toast the muffins and place on serving plates. Spread with the cream cheese mixture and top with the berry mixture. Sprinkle with the lime zest.
