Easy chicken and mushroom pie

This 30 minute weeknight wonder is an obvious dinner solution on a cold night.

5 Ingredients
- 1 Coles RSPCA Approved Hot Roast Chicken, bones removed, meat shredded 
- 60g baby spinach leaves 
- 475g jar Coles Creamy Mushroom Simmer Sauce 
- 1 cup (100g) shredded pizza cheese 
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, just thawed 
  
  
  
3 Method Steps
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Combine the chicken, spinach, simmer sauce and cheese in a large bowl. Spoon into a 6-cup (1.5L) ovenproof dish. 
- Place the pastry on a clean work surface. Cut into triangles. Arrange over the chicken mixture in the dish and spray with olive oil spray. Season. 
- Bake for 25 mins or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
